Returns for Physical Products
You have 7 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
- Items must be in their original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund/ Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we will notify you regarding the approval of an exchange.
We offer exchange only for eligible items.
If the requested replacement item is not available in stock, the refund amount will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned without original packaging (where required)
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card/ Debit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Additional Terms
Items are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not offered by default. However, if the replacement item is out of stock or unavailable, the customer will be refunded the full amount after verification.
